I do a lot of posts about hip hop and rap music and I feel it is important that a person back up what they say when it comes to speaking about the two genres. I hope that my latest mix Faded answers any questions as to whether or not I know my stuff. A combination of numerous styles of urban sounds, this mix was designed to give my listeners a taste of where I’m coming from and quell any doubts that I’m not true fan of the game. I hope you enjoy and if you’re feeling, pass it on to your crew and spread the word about my site.

My heroes are the ones who survived doing it wrong, who made mistakes, but recovered from them.
Bono
We are all human. We all make mistakes. What defines us is what we do once we realize that we have made a mistake. Some run away and end up repeating the same mistake over and over, while others confront the issue at hand and grow as a result of the lessons they learn. They way in which a person handles these situations can dramatically shift their life’s path. In the end, it is best to try to learn as much as possible about why things are the way they are instead of ignoring the obvious signs that are being provided by the universe.
Too often, we get so wrapped up in the melodramas that are going on in our head and we are unwilling to honestly look at our actions and thoughts. We do our best to run from the truth, rationalizing our situation, and trying desperately to ignore what we already know. This is when we should just accept responsibility and admit that we screwed up. A truly strong individual is one who can observe their mistakes and take action to keep it from happening again. This attitude and desire to improve life’s circumstances through observation and action will benefit you dramatically as you learn to avoid the pitfalls in life.
The wise sage Khempo once told a story of a man who walked down a street and fell into a hole. The next day, the man walked down the same street, but tried to sidestep the hole and fell back in. The following day, the man walked down the same street and despite trying to avoid it, fell back in the hole. The next time he tried to jumping over the hole but didn’t make it and he fell in the hole. Finally, after much consideration, the man decided to walk down a different street. The moral of the story is that if you keep looking at the mistakes you are making and act upon them, you’ll are bound to stop making them.
Once you make a mistake or do something wrong, take the time to assess learn what happened and then move on keeping this newfound logic in mind. There is no use bemoaning the fact. No one is perfect and anyone who tells you they are is lying to you. If you honestly look at why things happened the way they did, you are making the most of the tough situation and taking responsibility for your actions. You are also letting those who are hurt by your actions know that you are genuinely concerned about what has taken place.
Sometimes self-analysis is the only way of improve one’s life and we must be vigilant in the process.

A recent trend in Hollywood is to look outside of the U.S. for new film roles, especially for a number of aging actors. According to numerous media reports, Sylvester “Sly” Stallone and Arnold “The Governor of Callifonia” Schwarzenegger are set to appear in their first Bollywood flick.
The first Indian production to be filmed at Hollywood’s Universal Studio’s the movie is called Incredible Love and it features the story of an Indian stuntman who takes Hollywood by storm, but cannot find true love there.
Backed by the world’s sixth richest man, Sajid Nadiadwala, the film might just have the fortitude to make the crossover between the U.S. and India markets. Apparently Nadiadwala has been making big moves in Hollywood as of late, signing joint production deals with Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Nicolas Cage.

What’s happening party people? Sorry I’ve been a little slow getting things together this week, but I’m under deadline for several articles and I’ve been hammering away at the computer for the last couple of days trying to get shit done.
I would like to thank all of my viewers coming to check out the site. I hit 289 viewers yesterday and considering I’ve only had this blog up for about a month, I couldn’t be happier. I’m going keep doing my best to keep kicking ass and taking names. Thanks again for taking time out of your day to take a trip inside my head.
I salute the Buddah in you. Namaste.
